Course for "pizzaiolo" (school of making pizzas )

In Campania, where pizza is culture and tradition, you can resolve your problems becoming "pizzaiolo" or working in the "Pizza World". Infact, the "pizzaiolo" doesn't know unemployement and has excellent opportunity to work in Italy and aboard, moreover he can work on one's own account.
We organize courses directly in our pizza shop, where you can do true experience using wood-burning ovens.
Course features:
  • Period: 2 weeks ( Monday to Friday );
  • School time-table: 4 hours every day (from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. or from 3:00 p.m to 7:00 p.m.);
  • Every session almost 20 pizzas cooked;
  • Prize: 1500 EURO;
  • We also offer to students board and lodging
    (contact us for more explanations).

For restaurateurs, resident in Italy or in a foreign country, able to offer a wood-burning or electrical oven to cook pizza, we can train their staff directly in place.
